SUMMARY:H5P Interactive Content: NOT a Barbeque Sauce!
DESCRIPTION:Jessica O’Reilly\, Instructional Developer and Sarah Wendorf\, Instructional Designer with the Cambrian College Teaching and Learning Innovation Hub\, will introduce participants to H5P focusing on many of its interactive elements including the ability to create interactive video. Participants will learn about the open ethos of H5P\, the various content types currently available\, as well as the content management systems and learning management systems that currently support H5P interactive content. They will describe interactive video in greater detail\, including a detailed overview of the functionality of the tool\, along with the pedagogical and technological benefits. Finally\, they will provide a variety of use cases from pre-kindergarten to higher education\, training and development\, and distance education.
