This workshop will explore how instructors can ensure student engagement in their online courses by maintaining a well-organized interface and providing learners with multimedia activities.

The first half of this webinar will highlight how online course aesthetic improves the overall online learning experience as well as student success rates. Facilitators will show participants specific online course templates that are not only visually appealing but also are high functioning, well-organized pages that benefit the online learner.

The second half of the workshop will discuss practical ways online instructors can incorporate more interactivity and engagement into their classes. Examples from online courses will be shown where students become more involved in content by completing multimedia activities to demonstrate their knowledge.
