This workshop will focus on the incorporation of the student voice and experience into flexible professional development for busy faculty. Facilitator Laura Stoutenburg will describe an innovative approach to professional learning, including student voices and experiences in the development of learning tips for faculty. My topic is about how to branch out using ed tech to provide accessible professional development for busy faculty. A more traditional teaching tip modality will be compared with the Microsoft Sway produced in collaboration between a Teaching and Learning Consultant and a group of international students.

• Compare two professional development modalities.
• Suggest new possibilities for student participation and for just-in-time professional development delivery.
